Regarding your request for "Net 30" payment terms, the policy for Park Hill Collections ("PHC") is "PHC will consider Net 30 day payment terms for customers with orders greater than $2,500.00, if a credit application is completed and approved by the company. A Net 30 day payment terms order will not be shipped until the customer has been approved for credit payment terms." Please complete the attached Credit Application Form. If you have provided or will provide a Trade Reference Sheet with the requested information, you must still sign and date the application indicating approval to check your bank and trade references.
It takes approximately 10 business days to obtain information from Trade References and Bank References and make a determination on the issuance of "Net 30 Day" payment. We will contact with PHC's decision and the credit limit granted if applicable.
