PERSONAL GUARANTY

In consideration of credit being extended to ("DEBTOR", BUSINESS NAME) I (we) personally (and severally) guarantee all indebtedness, accounts or monies due Park Hill Collections, LLC ("you"). I (we) further agree that this guaranty isan absolute, complete and continuing one and no notice of this acceptance of this guaranty, the indebtedness or any extension of credit already or here in after contracted by or extended need be given. The terms may be rearranged, extended or or renewed without notice to me (us). I (we) agree that you shall not be required to first seek payment of the amount due from the Debtor or any other person. I (we) will, within five days from date of notice that the account is past due, pay the amount due, together with applicable interest. Any revocation of the guarantee shall be in writing and delivered to Park Hill Collections, LLC. The revocation of the guarantee shall only be on credit granted after the revocation of guarantee is received and accepted in writing by Park Hill Collections, LLC.
