The years of spontaneous trips in the old flower shop van with little more than our toothbrushes resulted in an impressive collection of charming American primitive and rural European antiques. These journeys always began with some recollection or rumor of a great little shop in some quiet comer of the countryside. We would head out on what often became a circuitous route crossing over several county lines. We really didn't need anymore stuff. We were rediscovering our country roots, turning to the homesteading days of our grandparents who could craft wonders from any ingredient, whether it be culinary, cloth or cutting. Our collection of souvenirs from these nostalgic journeys was so admired by family and friends that we decided 10 begin the Park Hill Collection.
The Park Hill Collection is a gathering of objects selected that bring happy memories of childhood and things we just fell in love with. Many are exclusive antique reproductions to help satisfy our nostalgic desire for the way things used to be and yet timeless for contemporary living. Once credit card information is given, PHC retains that information on file. This payment method will be used to fill any back orders or future orders, without prior notification of charge at time of shipment. If a change in payment type is requested, it must be made prior to shipping.
Net 30 terms available with approved credit. Please furnish credit sheet for processing, including trade references.
Late Payments
All payments received after due date incur a 2% per month late charge subject to applicable state laws. Orders may be subject to cancellation if credit application or payment information cannot be obtained by PHC after several contacts, upon time of planned ship date.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Minimums
Opening orders are $350, with $250 reorders. Truck orders are a $400 minimum, any truck item will be marked with a truck symbol.

Shipping
Default shipment method is UPS or FedEx Package. Orders larger in size/weight may be delivered via common carrier. Additionally, if an order includes oversized items that ship by truck only, the order will ship via common carrier and will not be released until the total value exceeds $400 or the customer authorizes shipment with freight estimate. This is to ensure reasonable freight rates for our customers.
Customer Order Pickup
Call our office 48 hours prior to desired pick-up date and time. We will have the order ready for pick-up.
Cancellations
Cancellation should be requested at least five business days before your requested ship date. Please submit cancellation requests in written form via email or fax.
Discounts or Promotions
Failure to pay in full within the terms and conditions of an invoice will result in the loss of any discount or promotion. A revised invoice will be issued at the full price if invoice is not paid in full on time.
Back Orders
Back orders will be shipped unless otherwise specified and are subject to review. It is our goal to ship all orders complete. Any back orders under our minimum reorder amount will be combined with other open orders before shipping. If there are no open orders, any back orders under $150 will be cancelled.
Damages and Claims
All claims should be reported to PHC at the time of delivery. Any noticeable damage to boxes or pallet must be noted on carrier bill of lading. To ensure prompt credit or return, please contact PHC within 24 hours of receipt. Digital photos may be requested, especially for high-dollar items. Failure to furnish pictures could affect your refund. Returns not due to damages or defects are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shippi ng charges. Product must be returned in original packing and boxing.
Hand-crafted Items
To recreate the look of primitive or “found objects”, we embrace hand-crafted items with variations in texture, finish and color. Some may consider this a flaw, where we see this as a unique characteristic of a great old piece.

REGIONAL FREIGHT PROGRAM
Here at Park Hill we have always believed the price of our individual items should not bear the cost of hidden freight charges.
It has always been our commitment to our customers to constantly search for the most competitive carriers to keep our freight charges as low as possible. This goal has helped us develop a revised regional freight program designed on the premise of passing on the freight savings to customers who place larger orders as well as determining the actual freight percentage based on the location of your store. We have lowered our minimum truck order value so you can optimize your pallet distribution cost. For your convenience, we have labeled all items that cannot be shipped safely or cost effectively by UPS/FedEx with our Park Hill truck symbol. 
The freight chart program is divided into numbered regions. These were determined by the distance to your store from Little Rock, Arkansas; the volume of the carrier activity to and from your destination; and the merchandise amount. In cases where the freight exceeds the published freight percentage, PHC will contact the customer with the new freight rate – giving the customer the option to increase the order value. Accessorial charges (lift gate, inside delivery, re-delivery, within city limit fees (NYC), call for appointment) are not included in the freight program. Please advise us of any accessorial services needed when placing your order so the charges can be prepaid. Otherwise the carrier will bill the store directly.
